PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA radio transmission system that detects information relating to transmission quality of an information signal sent from its own station to an opposite station without remarkable loss of a transmission efficiency while keeping reliability of the information. SOLUTION: An error rate measurement section 25 measures an error rate of an inverse spread output in an inverse spread spectrum section 22 and the error rate reflects the quality of an incoming channel from a 2nd radio station 200 to a 1st radio stational 100. A quality information read section 26 reads an error rate of a signal stream sent from the 2nd radio station at a high speed, that is, the error rate of an inverse spread output by the inverse spread spectrum section measured by the 2nd radio station. A 2nd transmission quality display section 20 displays a read value by the quality information read section 26 when the measurement result by the read rate measurement section 25 is not more than a prescribed value.
