PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system with standing substantial application by receiving the input of content information from a general user and the change of an output form through the use of document management information. SOLUTION: Document output form information 22 generated while visually recognizing a screen layout, document data structure information 23 where the correspondence (mapping) of a cell with data structure is described by a tabular format and document form and data structure relating information 24 are generated by a tabular calculating software. Then, they are used as document management information 21 so that the input of content information from the general user and the change of the output form are received. Document management information 21 where document output form information 22, document data structure information 23 and document form and data structure relating information 24 are compounded is generated, that is generation is executed by the tabular calculating software as a same work sheet so that preservation and reading are collectively executed and also a compatibility between respective kinds of information is held.
