PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter arithmetic method for controlling a vector capable of easily obtaining a parameter for controlling the vector in a short time and a voltage inverter device for controlling the vector capable of executing the method. SOLUTION: A parameter arithmetic-start command signal is output to an inverter control circuit 5 from a parameter arithmetic circuit 4 before a normal inverter operation. Consequently, the inverter control circuit 5 outputs a rectangular wave-shaped inverter-voltage command signal to an inverter circuit 6 for arithmetically operating leakage inductance Lσ. Accordingly, the inverter circuit 6 outputs an inverter-current output signal to an AC motor 3. The inverter- voltage command signal and the inverter-current output signal at that time are measured by the parameter arithmetic circuit 4. Leakage inductance Lσ is arithmetically operated on the basis of the measured result by using a specified operation formula. |
