PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate to perform an interrupt mask during diagnosing memory, etc., to prevent task response performance from dropping in a multitask environment, and also to unnecessitate processing which nullifies the content of internal cache before carrying out the diagnosis of the memory, etc., in the case of a processor having internal cache. SOLUTION: A processor bus interface 121 reads test data from the test address of memory 4 through a bus acquisition interface 123 independently of a processor 1 and stores it in a temporary register 124b. A coincidence detector 125 compares test data that is set to a memory diagnosis data register 122b with the test data stored in the register 124b and decides the rightfulness of the stored test data. Through this, the healthiness of the memory 4 is diagnosed. |
