PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vibration-proof insertion body possible to be inserted-stuck- immobilized inside an image carrier with the simple work, and to prevent deformation such as the bulge at the inserting time regardless of a material with the particularly thin thickness by allowing an adhesive to be expanded from the spatial section formed inside the insertion body to reach an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body. SOLUTION: This image carrier 10 is provided with the cylindrical body 1 forming the image on a periphery thereof, and the cylindrical insertion body 2 inserted inside the inner peripheral surface 1a of the cylindrical body 1 as a weight for preventing generation of a noise by vibration at the time of electrification. Moreover, the carrier is provided with the adhesive 3 adhere-fixing the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 1 and the periphery of the insertion body 2, and the spatial section (adhesive holdinjecting space) 4 formed inside the insertion body 2, the adhesive 3 is expanded from the spatial section 4 formed inside insertion body 2 so as to reach the inner peripheral surface 1a of the cylindrical body 1. As the adhesive 3, since the adhesive whose requiring time to reach hardening is short, the adhesion is low and infiltrating property is excellent is suitable, the anaerobic adhesive or the like is adopted. |
