Textile article with long lasting cooling effect

A textile article with a cooling effect consists of a polyester-cotton pouch with seams that are stitched or stuck with adhesive and filled with reticulated sodium polyacrylate crystals. The crystals are in grains of 100-800 mu m, and when immersed in water their volume increases by 35-50 times to form a gel which releases the moisture by evaporation over a period of time to produce a cooling effect which lasts several days and can be repeated 8-10 times.
