PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unnecessary overwriting operation of CPU by providing a means to make the state of inhibiting transfer from the master side to the slave side of a comparing resistor and permitting transfer from a bus to the master side of the comparing register. SOLUTION: The overflow signal 106s of a free rum counter is connected to a transfer control circuit 104. Then, the transfer control signal 109s of the circuit 104 is made clear (inhibiting transfer) by the signal 106s to carry out only setting (permitting transfer) by software. Namely, in this case, after transferring a set value from the master side 103 of the comparing resister to the slave side 102 of the comparing resistor, a transfer control signal 109s is automatically inhibited from being transferred by hardware. Consequently, in order to control transfer, what is required is only the control of making the signal 109s in a transfer permitted state after writing a set value to the master side 103 of the comparing register. |
