PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user possible to move a page desired to be moved to an area desired for display by one operation, and to perform the operation of the next page/a previous page just by a mouse operation. SOLUTION: On a subs screen 51 for the reduced image of a page displayed on a main screen 50 at present, the area displayed on the main screen is displayed with a rectangular view frame 60. When the view frame is dragged with a mouse and moved inside the page, the display area inside the main screen is also moved in real time (A). When the view frame of the sub screen 51 is kept dragged and moved to a previous or following page, the view frame is moved into the moved sub screen 52 (B). When it is dropped at a part desired to be displayed on the sub screen 52 of a moving destination, the main screen is switched to the page and the part indicated by the view frame is displayed on the main screen. Simultaneously, the sub screen is scrolled so as to bring the sub screen of the page displayed on the main screen to the center of a sub screen column (C).
