摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation device capable of efficiently sterilizing by automatically irradiating electron beam on both sides of a processing object. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rotor 61 is provided facing to the end parts of a first conveyer means 51 and a second conveyer means 52. In the rotor 61, 4 container rooms containing objects to be processed are formed. The object to be processed conveyed with the first conveyer means 51 is irradiated on the one side with electron beam when passing in the irradiation area. The object is further conveyed with the first conveyer means 51 and contained in the containing rooms of the rotor 61. A reversing means 60 rotates the rotor 61 around the center axis C and reverses the object and then conveys the object to the second conveyer means 52 with a pushing mechanism part 63. The object conveyed with the second conveyer means 52, when passing through the irradiation space, is irradiated by the electron beam on the other side surface of that irradiated by the electron beam while being conveyed with the first conveyer means 51.
