PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the propriety of data written in a nonvolatile memory. SOLUTION: A transmission signal is received by a transponder resonance circuit section 8 in a transponder 7. AC power is supplied by a power signal of the received signal and required data are written in a nonvolatile memory 12 based on contents of a command of the received signal. In this case, the write of data is controlled such that an end mark is written to a 3rd address after a corresponding address of the written data, a check sum is written to a first address after the address for the written data and then the data are written to the corresponding address. |
