PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pressing force applied to a sealing member uniform thus preventing an air leakage by a method wherein a filter is inserted into an air conditioning case through an insert opening and the insert opening is closed by a cover having the sealing member, the inner surface of-the cover is formed such that the surface increases its height from both longitudinal ends thereof to the central side thereof. SOLUTION: An evaporator is located at an air passage disposed in the inside of an air conditioning case, while an insert opening 7 made of an elongated hole is formed on the side face of the air conditioning case which is located upstream of the evaporator. A filter made of two members 8a, 8b is inserted in the insert opening 7. A sealing face 9 is formed on the periphery of the insert opening 7. A cover 14 having a sealing element 15 is mounted on the sealing face 9 to close the insert opening 7. The inner surface of the cover 14 is formed such that both longitudinal ends thereof are low in height and the height is gradually increased from both longitudinal ends thereof to the central side thereof. In mounting the cover 14, an engaging member 16 of the cover 14 is inserted into an aperture 11 of an engaging portion 10 and then the cover 14 is tilted downwardly to make an engaging member 17 fitted into an aperture 13 of an engaging portion 12 and thereafter is fixed by means of a clip. |
