PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable operation with high heat efficiency by effectively using heat with power generation and keeping the temperature of cell cooling water constant. SOLUTION: An extra steam release circuit is provided in a steam separator 1 to supply cell cooling water to a fuel cell mainbody 3 to release extra stream for effective heat recovery so that pressure in the stream separator 1 can be kept constant by a control valve 10. Water resupplied from the outside by a water supply pump 7 to keep the water level of the stream separator 1 constant is added to the cell cooling water and the resupply amount is controlled by a cooling water circulation pump 2 to keep the temperature of the cell cooling water constant in operation. |
