PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform positioning of a plastic element without manufacturing difficulty and to avoid the inconvenience in extending/contracting displacement in the longitudinal direction due to temp./humidity change in the fixation (supporting) of a plastic element to an optical housing. SOLUTION: A fθmirror 101 as a plastic element is supported by an optical housing at three points, i.e., a positioning plane 108 as a receiving face for receiving an end part (positioning point 1) in the short direction in the middle part in the longitudinal direction of the lower surface of a rib 103 of the fθmirror 101, positioning planes 106, 107 as receiving faces for receiving end parts (positioning points 2, 3) on the opposite side of the end part in the short direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Only the upper surface side corresponding to the positioning planes 106, 107 is pressurized/held by a leaf spring 111. |
