PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a commodity sales data processor that can apply a paper sheet slip able to be swept away and a recyclable medium, and that is high in convenience for application and high in extensibility, by displaying a order menu, and forming the order menu out of a rewriting card capable of being repetitively printed and erased a medium. SOLUTION: The processor is provided with a kitchen display equipment 40 displaying an inputted order menu, a recognition input means 50 executing a recognition input concerning the cooked order menu, a reader/writer 70 outputting the order menu to a rewriting card 10 so as to permit a customer to visually recognize it and an accounting machine 80 executing accounting. When the order menu is inputted by a handy terminal 10, the order menu is displayed in the kitchen display equipment 40. At the time of accounting, an accounting processing is executed through the use ofthe rewriting card 100. After that, the rewriting card 100 is executed a printing erasion processing so as to be rewriting possible so as to be re-utilized. |
