<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the control of turbulence and increase the output, by downsizing a strut pipe, and making a static current plate and a rotary current plate into round plates and also, increasing the number of plates for parallel connection of rotary current plates. SOLUTION: For the device, an elbow is connected to the bottom of a strut pipe having a rotary shaft 1 within, and within the elbow, bevel gears are engaged with each other, thus rotary shafts 1 and 11 are set vertically. Then, the rotary shaft 11 projects out of the elbow 12 through a bearing 5, and a connecting pipe 15 which is provide integrally with plural rotary current plates 2 where scale-type elastic vanes 4 are attached is set onto the rotary shaft 11, and is fixed with a pin 8. Moreover, a static rectifying plate 3 is of such constitution that it is fixed outside to the right opening of the elbow 12 through a stud bolt 14. As a result, it turns out that one piece of static current plate 1 and a plurality of rotary current plates are arranged in parallel, so this is effective for prevention of turbulence of water flow, and also, since the size of the scale-type elastic vanes and the number of vanes can be set freely and the size of the rotary current plates and the number of plates can also be designed freely, the output geared to necessity can be obtained.</p> |
