摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly form the surface and suppress stains with a relatively simple structure regardless of the grain size of phosphors having a long afterglow property by forming a luminescent layer containing the phosphors having a long afterglow property at a luminaire main body portion where the light from a light source is radiated, and laminating a protective layer having a translucent property on the luminescent layer. SOLUTION: A luminescent layer 2 containing phosphors 2A having a long afterglow property is formed by spraying or hand coating on the whole face of the light reflecting face (light reflecting layer R) of a luminaire main body 1 at an area of 50 cm<2> or larger. A coating liquid properly mixed with the phosphors 2A having a long afterglow property, a clear resin, and a solvent is used for the luminescent layer 2, for example. The thickness of the luminescent layer 2 is set at about 100μm or below. A covering member 3 made of a resin material such as an acrylic resin having a translucent property or a silicone resin is laminated on the nearly whole face of the luminescent layer 2, the final surface is smoothly formed, and the sticking of refuse can be suppressed.
