CHANGE PROCESSING METHOD FOR PHS INCOMING CALL TRANSFER INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by making the user himself/herself of a PHS terminal directly perform the setting and cancellation of a transfer function contract and the change of a transfer destination telephone number by feeding a specified number and an identification number from the terminal of the user or a general fixed terminal. SOLUTION: When the user of the PHS terminal 1 inputs the specified number for requesting the change of incoming call transfer information as a connection number, the specified number is sent through a radio base station 2, an interface subscriber system module adapter(ISMA) 3, an ISM 4 and a digital exchange 5 to a PHS service control station 7. The user of the PHS terminal 1 sends out a desired instruction code corresponding to voice guidance or the like. The control station 7 confirms the identification number, sends the instruction code returned through a common line signal network to an H-ISMA 10 and instructs the change. Based on the instruction, the H-ISMA 10 rewrites the contents of pertinent contract terminal operation subscriber data 12 inside a database 11.
