PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lead phase operation of an inverter circuit having a distortion improving function by the use of partially filtered power source, even if the voltage of the partially filtered power source loweres. SOLUTION: Concerning a power device with low-frequency ripples which has an inverter circuit for converting the output voltage of a rectifier circuit DB or partially filtering circuit 2 into a high frequency and supplying it to a load, and supplies a maximum load current in the vicinities of the peak value and the zero-crossing of an AC power source E, the lead phase operation of the inverter circuit is prevented by performing duty modulation or frequency modulation, when the voltage of the partially filtered power source lowers, while the output of the partially filtered circuit 2 is operating as a power source for the inverter circuit. |
