PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve adhesive strength between an elastic layer and a releasable layer successively formed on a tubular substrate and to produce a belt for fixation excellent in durability. SOLUTION: An elastic layer of heat resistant elastomer is formed on a tubular substrate and a releasable layer of at least one selected from among silicone rubber, fluororubber and fluoiroresin is formed on the elastic layer to obtain the objective belt for fixation. At this time, an elastic layer is formed using an elastomer compsn. prepd. by dispersing lump particles of 20-100μm average particle diameter in heat resistant elastomer and holes are made in the surface of the elastic layer by removing the particles so as to form fine raggedness at the interface between the elastic layer and the releasable layer.
