The invention concerns an analog angular coder comprising a resistive lining (1) and a brush (6) associated with this resistive lining. It comprises means (10, 12) for bringing the resistive lining first (9) and second (11) ends to first and second potentials respectively, means (8) for bringing another point (7) of the resistive lining to a third potential, means (13) for modulating at least said first or second potential, said third potential being fixed, and means (5, 15, 16) for reading the resistive lining point potential at the brush contact.
