PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the ground of a high frequency circuit and to realize a stable high frequency operation by connecting a first ground part and a second ground part so that the length of the first ground part where a first slot connection hole is formed becomes under a prescribed value. SOLUTION: A power feeding circuit 6 and a third ground conductor 5 are provided on one surface of a second dielectric substrate 8. A second ground conductor 4 where the first slot connection hole is provided is formed on a face opposite to the second dielectric substrate 8 so that it is positioned just below the power feeding circuit 6. The third ground conductor 5 connects the second ground conductor 4 and the third ground conductor 5 by a second via hole 10. Thus, ground is reinforced and stabilized since the second ground conductor 4 and the third ground conductor 5 are electrically connected in the shortest distance by the second via hole 10.
