PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of setting wrong time when setting a time. SOLUTION: A mode switch 7 is turned to a desired mode of setting time, for example an alarm mode or present time mode, a time setting input waiting switch 6 is operated and set in the state of vocal input waiting for time setting. In this state, a time desired to set is input with a voice from a microphone 1, then the voice is converted to electric analog signal and is input to a control circuit 5 via an analog input/output part 4. The control circuit 5 performs voice recognition and judges whether indistinct pronunciations such as one o'clock or seven o'clock are included. If they are not included, the recognized time is informed with voice from the speaker 2 for confirmation. Thus, a voice input state potentially not recognized correctly can be confirmed without troublesome confirmation operation. |
