SOLUTION: When the reflectance of a light reflecting on snow is measured, a reference wavelength infrared light 4a belonging to a wavelength with small reflectance and a comparison wavelength infrared light 5a belonging to a wavelength with large reflectance from snow are emitted to a snow 3 through reflection type analog sensors 4 and 5, and the reflection lights 4b and 5b are received by the sensors 4 and 5.
