PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the heating with natural warmness that can be felt at sunny spot by the rays of the sun in winter by arranging heaters for ceiling heating side by side, conducting current through the heaters and heating a room with radiant heat from the heater. SOLUTION: The current conducting heating elements 3 comprising a pair of far-infrared heating elements on a surface (a surface facing the room) of a thermally insulated board 2 are arranged side by side. A plaster board is supported as the heat resistant surface layer 4 covering each current conducting heating elements 3 on one surface (front surface) of the thermally insulated board 2 and fixing parts 5 to the ceiling are arranged to the spots where neither the thermally insulated boards 2 nor the heating elements 3 of the plaster board are existed. The current supplying terminals 6a and 6b for the heater elements 3 are arranged on the opposite surface (back surface) on the side reverse of the side the heating elements 3 of the thermally insulated body 3 are existed and connected to a joint box 7. The current conducting heating elements 3 are formed on a resin film by screen process printing arranging an ink layer with the positive coefficient of temperature.
