PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a path including a road where a user is used to driving by storing a first buffer region in a ring buffer format into a memory and a trace with at least a specific number of driving histories at the same path, and allocating a second buffer region for storing a trace path between starting and ending points by manual setting even in the case of one driving trace. SOLUTION: A departing location P and a destination Q are scrolled appropriately while observing a screen 10 where they are shown on a display device are set after they are searched by the name of service information. In the case of an automatic path search, a driving trace 17 with at least a specific number of driving histories and a driving trace 19 with only one driving history exist. Then, when a trace path between the destination Q and a node 14 is stored in a buffer region B, routes 15 and 16 for minimizing the distance to the destination Q out of the region B are selected. Then, after it is confirmed that no detour is selected, the routes 15 and 16 are set finally, thus completing the search. |
