<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reliably attach come-alongs and anchor fittings by simple operation used during tensioning work for overhead lines stretched between steel towers. SOLUTION: Inside a cylindrical main body 1 which can be halved, a collet 10 having taper portions 13, 14, the diameter of which gradually becomes smaller from the central portion to both the end portions and a plurality of slits is fitted and attached in a freely slidable manner in a longitudinal direction of the main body 1. Then, a fixed wedge 8 contacted to the taper portion at one side of the collet 10 of the main body sticks out, a movable wedge 9 sliding along the taper portion 14 at other side is fitted, and brackets 6, 7 are provided which are extended from the end portion at the side where the movable wedge 9 of the main body 1 is fitted. In addition, a lever 22 is attached at its intermediate portion to each bracket by using a hinge and the lever is tilted by pulling a towing filament, and an arc-shaped cam portion 23 is provided for this lever 22.</p> |
