PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly shut off noise expanding from a main body louver to a guiding section by a method wherein a guide plate directed from a hot air outlet in a slant downward direction and further to enable noise to be shielded in consideration of a distribution of indoor temperature due to a possibility that a hot air blowing-out direction can be controlled by the guide plate. SOLUTION: This hot air heater is constructed such that a burner 6 for igniting fuel and an air blowing duct 8 provided with a combustion chamber 7 formed to enclose the burner 6 are installed within a main body 15. The main body 15 is provided with a convection blower 10 at its rear surface and a hot air outlet 11 at the front surface of the main body 15 is provided with a louver 9, combustion discharged gas generated within the combustion chamber 7 is mixed with indoor air taken into the device by the convection blower 10 and then hot air is blown out of the louver 9. In this case, a guide plate 12 directed from the upper end of the hot air outlet 11 at the front surface of the main body 15 in a slant downward direction is installed. |
