<p>The present invention relates to human thymus receptor tyrosine kinase (TRTK) receptors. More specifically, isolated nucleic acid molecules are provided encoding human TRTK proteins. TRTK polypeptides are also provided, as are vectors, host cells and recombinant methods for producing the same. Further provided are diagnostic methods for detecting disease states associated with the aberrant expression of TRTK and therapeutic methods for treating such disease states.</p> |
