Modular expansion and deaeration unit designed for mass production

This is a new modular expansion and deaeration unit for fluid circuits. It comprises two subassemblies. The first (9) is a deaeration and expansion tank with pipe connections. The second (25) is a compact mounting unit. The subassemblies join at a common plane (26). A baseplate (27) on the second subassembly forms a mounting for all the prefabricated fittings and pipe connections essential to operational functions. An external surface of the first subassembly (9) has penetrations for prefabricated pipe connections and fittings (2b, 3, 4, 13). The base plate is mounted on the outer surface, sealed (7) resiliently.
