The invention concerns an electrical general dust collection system which, in order to agglomerate and capture the particles with high efficiency, uses for the initial agglomeration of particles in the admission duct into the cyclone and the final agglomeration of the fine dust fraction which escapes from the initial agglomeration inside the cyclone, the single, double or multiple electrodes (Rumania Patent No. 62014 and 85740 or with vertical and horizontal supports) powered in high direct or filter-rectified (positive or negative polarity) voltage.
