<p>Apparatus and method for controlling dilution and correcting measurements in an exhaust analyzer feature providing diluent and sample to a critical flow orifice diluter unit (42), measuring the water content in the diluted sample using a humidity sensor (46) and using the water content signal to control a mass flow controller (40) via a control unit (48). The diluted sample is then collected in a sample bag unit (38) and tested by analyzers (52). The water content and analysis results are forwarded to a computer (50) to correct the results for water content.</p> |
