<p>A surface treating article and a system for retaining the article on a back-up pad using a retainer. The retainer and surface treating article are configured to allow the surface treating article to be conveniently removed without use of any tools and replaced without removing the retainer from the back-up pad. A method for mounting a surface treating article on a back-up pad and removing such article is also disclosed.</p> |
