Linkage for attaching extension-leaf to table, with slide pieces under table-top

The extension-leaf (2) is held by slide-pieces (3.1,3.1') and slid out from under the table-top (1). Locking elements in a locking plate (4) on the extension-leaf secure the extension-leaf on the slide-pieces. At least two slide pieces are mounted in a top plate (3) placed under the table-top near two abutting edges and in guides. The free end sections of the slide pieces bear a wider top part which fits into a cavity with wider part formed in the locking plate.
