The invention concerns a display screen (11) made of pixels (P) connected to one screen edge (11a) by wires (12) spaced by a predetermined pitch (s) to be controlled by respective integrated circuit (16) terminals (18) external to the screen. The terminals (18) of each integrated circuit are arranged along several parallel rows (19) where they are mutually spaced by a pitch (Sm) several times the wire pitch. Each integrated circuit is mounted on a connecting support (10) formed by an insulating film (21) bearing conductive tracks (23) connecting the integrated circuit terminals to the corresponding screen wires, the tracks extending substantially at the wire pitch. The assembly is simply carried out by the collective refusion of bumps between the tracks (23) and the terminals (18), and the support (10) enables the testing of the integrated circuits before they are fixed to the screen.
