The integrated semiconductor circuit system has an internal voltage step down transformer circuit (2), for stepping down a current supply voltage (Vcc) supplied from an external source, for producing and transmitting an internal current supply voltage (int. Vcc) based on a specific reference voltage (Vref, VrL, VrH). An internal pulse signal generator (13) produces an internal pulse signal (INTCLK), based on a pulse signal, which is supplied from an external source. - In addition a frequency discriminator (21) determines the frequency of the internal pulse signal, which is produced by the internal pulse signal generator. So that the internal voltage step down transformer circuit, controls an output voltage of the same, as a reaction to the frequency, which is identified by the frequency discriminator. For compensating a drop in the internal current supply voltage, which is caused, if the frequency of the internal pulse rises.
