摘要 A piezoelectrically actuated hydraulic valve with pressure compensation has a housing (1), a valve chamber (2), a beam-shaped piezoelectric flexion transducer (3) and a valve lifter. The valve chamber (2) is connected to outer connections by a supply channel and a discharge channel (5, 6) shaped in the housing (1). One of the two channel openings at the side of the chamber has a valve plate (7) secured to the housing with a valve seat. One end of the flexion transducer (1) is secured against bending in the housing (1) and the other end is joined to the rear end (8) of the valve lifter (4), which is sealingly guided (guiding region 9) in the housing over part of its length. The valve lifter (4) has a valve body (10) which co-operates with the valve seat and a pressure compensation surface (11) which corresponds to the free cross-sectional area at the valve seat. To achieve total pressure compensation in such a hydraulic valve without unacceptably complicating its assembly, the valve body (10), the guiding region (9) and the pressure compensation surface (11) axially follow each other along the valve lifter (4), seen from the valve seat.
