<p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper feeder in which even recorded paper without stiffness and even recorded paper of thin thickness can be surely conveyed with no deformation so as to prevent a jam from being generated. CONSTITUTION:A paper feed roller 4 is provided in right/left both side end parts of a cylinder 34 fixedly fitted so as to integrally rotate to an intermittently turned drive shaft 33, and this paper feed roller 4 is provided with a contact surface 4a brought into contact and a non-contact surface 4b not brought into contact, with the surface of paper. In the drive shaft 33, a paper feed collar 38 is fitted to float in the sideward of the paper feed roller 4, to form an external diameter of the paper feed collar 38 in an external diameter or more of the contact surface 4a in the paper feed roller 4, and further an internal diametric bore size fitted to the drive shaft 33 by the paper feed collar 38 is formed so that an external diameter part of the paper feed collar 38 is brought into contact with a surface of a recorded medium when the non-contact surface 4b in the paper feed roller 4 is placed opposite to the paper 32.</p> |
