<p>PURPOSE:To contrive a highly efficient exertion of adsorbing power of an adsorbent by dividing are adsorption region into two zones, wherein while an outlet gas from the first adsorption zone is made to circulate to an inlet side of the first adsorption zone after passing through a cooling equipment, the gas having passed through the second adsorption zone is combined into that circulation loop. CONSTITUTION:In a method for enriching oxygen based on an adsorption-desorption rotation system, an adsorption region 12, 11 for adsorbing nitrogen and a regeneration region 13 for desorbing nitrogen with a high temperature gas are installed. The adsorption region is divided into the first adsorption zone 12 and the second adsorption zone 11, and the region 13 is made to pass the zones 12 and 11 successively after having finished regeneration. Furthermore, while an outlet gas from the zone 12 is made to circulate to an inlet side of the zone 12 after passing through a cooling equipment 8, the gas having passed through the zone 11 is combined into that circulation loop C, and an oxygen enriched gas is obtained by recovering part of the circulation gas out of an optional position 20 in the circulation loop C. It is possible to make an adsorption power of an adsorbent exert highly efficiently, and an enriched gas of high oxygen concentration is recovered continuously as a result.</p> |
