Plastics wall-panel fitting element

The fitting has a hollow profile end (7) which is pushed through the hole in the wall panel, and with an outer groove (4) for a snap fitting into the hole. Inside the hollow profile two lips (11,12) slide over each other in the same plane as the groove. This effectively seals off the fitting in the hole. The outer part of the fitting has a shaped support (3) on to which the item to be supported is clipped. The hollow shaft of the fitting is slit to ease the fitting of the shaft into the hole.
