Adjustable palette

The palette (1) has a first platform (11) to carry an object and a second platform (12), turnably connected to the first one to increase its size. A shifting mechanism (13) permits the second platform to be turned relative to the first one, between two positions, through a preset angle. The movement is from a first enlarged position, in which first side edges of first and second platforms are in contact with each other, to a second enlarged position, in which second side edges of the two platforms are in contact. Engaging side edges have mainly identical contours.
