Oral drug compositions or oral medicines wherein the unpleasant tastes inherent in drugs are masked, specifically, granules, powders and syrups decreased in unpleasant tastes by masking and each containing a basic drug tasting unpleasant and an anionic high-molecular substance such as carrageenan.
