The radial flow gas turbine rotor has vanes (5) each at a right angle with its adjustable mounting shaft (5). the mounting shaft longitudinal sides have sealing discs (9). The sealing discs are positioned on the sides of the adjusting shafts (6) and form bearings engaging in bores in the casing of the turbine. The sealing discs on the adjusting shaft side at least partially provide the shaft bearings. The sealing shafts can have structured upper face areas formed at least partially on their rear sides.
