The fixture component (2) is a fibre cord (5), the surface of which at least area-wise forms with a foam material an adhesion connecting zone. The fibre cord consists of several plaited cord strands (7-9), the surface contour (6) has longitudinal cleavages (10-12). It is made of natural and/or synthetic fibres. The foamed-in fibre cord runs in the cushion body near a form groove formed in its surface. The fibre cord at its end side is provided with a widened formation located directly in the cushion part (1). Th widened formation takes the shape of a loop.
