RACEMIC OR OPTICALLY ACTIVE BIS-AZA-BICYCLIC COMPOUNDS, METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF, THEIR INTERMEDIATES AND PHARMACEUTICAL AGENTS CONTAINING THEREOF

Racemic or opticallyy active bis-aza-bicyclic compounds having the formula (I), wherein X is nitrogen or CH and Y denotes different heterocyclic residuals, are useful as antidepressants and can be further used as anxiolytic agents. The intermediates, as defined in the Claims, are used for the preparation of the compounds having the formula (II) wherein A, B and X1 denote the meaning as described in the Claims and the formula (III) wherein X is nitrogen or CH; Y3 is HO-, RSO2O-, R1COO- or H2N-; R is alkyl containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, phenyl or tolyl and R1 is alkyl containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms. During the preparation of the compound of the formula (I) the compounds of the formula (VII) are used-wherein X has the defined meaning and Y4 is HO-, RSO2O- or H2N-, in which R has the defined meaning-which reacts, in different conditions, with a YH compound in the presence of a coupling reaction agent or with Y- anion formed in reaction of a base with the YH compound or with a particular anhydrid.
