The invention discloses a wipe for an evaporator with a wiped film with an evaporating surface formed on the internal surface of the evaporating valve. The wipe consists of several doctor rolls that due to a centrifugal force tightly abut on the evaporating surface. The doctor roll is provided with pivots which when rotated enable generating thereof over the evaporating surface. The doctor roll has a thread formed thereupon. The thread actuates liquid in the film into an intensive movement.
