<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier preventing a damage to and a fault in the device and also enabling to exactly find out deterioration of dehumidifying performance of a semipermeable membrane. SOLUTION: The dehumidifier 1 is constituted to allow gas to be dehumidified to flow in a dehumidifying path 2a provided with the semipermeable membrane between the dehumidifying path 2a and a purging path 2b to dehumidify it and obtain dry gas, and on the other hand, a portion of the dry gas is allowed to flow in the purging path 2b as purging gas and discharged together with water vapor permeated through the semipermeable membrane 2. In this case, a humidity detection means 11 for observing a variation of humidity in the purging gas is provided and the dehumidifying performance of the semipermeable membrane 2 is judged from the moisture content contained in the purging gas.</p> |
