CURING EQUIPMENT OF PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate execution of initial curing with excellent heat efficiency without necessitating large-scale curing equipment. SOLUTION: Hot water subjected to temperature control by a hot water tank 20 which can regulate water temperature is made to circulate through rectangular panels 12 formed in the shape of a hollow box body out of steel sheet materials and working as a form for molding a precast concrete member, from a water supply pipe 14a to a draining pipe 14b through a water supply hose 23 and a draining hose 24, and thereby concrete placed inside the rectangular panels 12 is heat-insulated and cured directly by these panels by using the hot water flowing through inside the rectangular panels 12. The heat insulation and curing are effected efficiently by fitting a heat insulating material 15 on the outer surfaces of the rectangular panels 12 so as to insulate the rectangular panels 12 thermally from the surroundings.
