PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of making possible bidirectional transmissionreception of data between a vehicle and a ground even when the vehicle is moved to a short position or an over-run position after the vehicle is stopped at a proper position, and continuing stable, information transmission between the ground and the vehicle. SOLUTION: Loop coils 11 to 13 are respectively and sequentially laid within a fixed point control region B set in a station A where a vehicle 3 is to be stopped, along the travelling direction (a) of the vehicle 3. An on-vehicular signal processing device 22 performs bidirectional transmission-reception of data between a ground device 1 and itself when an on-vehicular device 21 is coupled with the loop coils 11 to 13. After the on-vehicular device 21 is coupled with a second loop coil 12, a ground signal processing device 10 transmits an answer signal which represents a proper stopping position, in spite of the position of the vehicle within the fixed point control region B, and performs bidirectional transmission-reception of data between the vehicle device 2 and itself. |
