PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymeric material composition which can form an antibacterial molding by mixing a polymeric material with a cyclic organic phosphoric ester compound and a p-hydroxybenzoic acid ester compound. SOLUTION: The polymeric material used is the principal component of the composition and is a synthetic resin such as anαolefin polymer or copolymer such as a high-density or a low-density polyethylene or a polypropylene and is desirably a polyolefin resin or a vinyl chloride resin. 100 pts.wt. this material is mixed with 0.00110 pts.wt. cyclic organic phosphoric acid ester compound of formula I (wherein R<1> to R<3> are each H or a 1-18C alkyl; R<4> is H or methyl; n is 1 or 2; and M is H or an alkali metal when n is 1 and is an alkaline earth metal or Zn when n is 2) and 0.001-10 pts.wt. p- hydroxybenzoic acid ester compound of formula II (m is 1-6; a is a residue derived by removing m hydroxyl groups from a mono- to hexa-hydric alcohol or phenol).
