PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet capable of being simply coated and dried without using an aqueous medium and of suppressing deformation of paper, by using a radiation curable type adhesive as a pressure-sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: This sheet is obtained by providing a superimposed face of a substrate sheet containing information with a fixed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. A curable layer of a radiation curable type pressure sensitive adhesive which is not bondable at an ordinary state and is bonded by opposing superimposing faces each other and applying a fixed pressure to them is used as the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. A photosensitive composition comprising a prepolymer containing an end unsaturated group, a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator is preferable as the radiation curable type pressure-sensitive adhesive. Preferably the adhesive contains a fine filler (e.g. synthetic zeolite or fine acrylic resin) having 1-20μm average particle diameter so as to prevent blocking, etc.
